Black Cumin is traditionally used in Ethiopian cuisine and has been proven to be more intense in taste and flavor and more preferable for Cold pressing than other varieties globally as it contains more oil content when pressed and has more potent nutrients, moisture content, less fatty acids, more iron, sodium, calcium, and potassium.
